Title and Summary

Director, Product Management & Enablement Overview:
The Financial Crime Solutions team is seeking a Director, Product Management & Enablement to focus on market enablement by providing regional support to advance our customer experience strategy through innovation and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role:

In this client-facing position, you will:

  1. Work with Product and Regional Managers to identify opportunities to influence and advise on product provisioning and usage.
  2. Ensure that end users have access to and understand the value of our solutions.
  3. Provide demos and host meetings with Strategic Partnerships, Regional Support teams, end users, and prospects.
  4. Protect revenue by increasing adoption and user activity through education evangelism.
  5. Influence future product strategy based on market feedback.
  6. Drive new revenue through partners who embed Mastercard Fraud and Financial Crime Solutions for real-time Fraud and AML decisioning.
  7. Identify early adopters and strategic customers for new products and solutions through POCs and market testing.
  8. Manage partnerships and customers, monitoring velocity and volumes.
  9. Provide local industry expertise and regional support.
  10. Attend industry events to provide external presence and thought leadership (e.g., speaking engagements).

  • Have a proven track record in technology sales or partnerships.
  • Be focused on customer needs above all.
  • Continuously monitor market and competition trends.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across organizations.
  • Coordinate closely with teams across Account Management, Product, Data Science, Legal, and Regional Leads.
  • Identify challenges and solutions related to crypto and compliance markets.
  • Possess knowledge of industry-standard compliance risk management practices.
  • Explain technical problems clearly and succinctly.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Always seek potential solutions to problems.
