Job summary

Banking Circle is seeking an experienced Head of Fraud Strategy to shape and lead the fraud risk management framework across our global operations. This leadership role requires collaboration with technology, product, and compliance teams to strengthen prevention, detection and governance of fraud.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role within banking/payments/financial crime compliance.
• Experience designing or improving fraud frameworks, controls and monitoring strategies.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills to produce management reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, enhance and operationalise the fraud risk management framework.
• Lead embedding fraud considerations into product design, client oversight and operational processes.
• Collaborate with technology to strengthen prevention and detection of fraud.
• Develop scalable fraud strategy aligned to risk appetite and business model.
• Strengthen end-to-end fraud case management including triage, investigation and reporting.
• Act as senior fraud SME with internal stakeholders, clients, and industry forums.
