ViiV Healthcare seeks a Portfolio Optimisation Director for Alliance Markets in London. You will drive continuous portfolio optimisation across strategy, finance, R&D, commercial and market access to maximise patient and business value in the DTG portfolio.

You will lead LOE initiatives, price scenario development, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure performance ahead of plan and robust financial assessments. This hybrid UK role offers significant strategic impact.

Formación

• Significant experience in commercial roles within pharmaceuticals (sales, access, pricing, tender, LOE).
• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving; able to translate data into actions.
• Proven stakeholder management in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategies to optimise product and project portfolio balancing risk, opportunity and resources.
• Lead LOE strategy to stay ahead of plan, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Review and refine country business cases and tenders to align with regional/global targets.
• Develop pricing options, model scenarios, and support tender negotiations with LOCs and teams.
• Partner with finance, pricing, access and commercial teams for robust assessments and impact.
• Maintain a holistic LOE view, pricing dynamics and tender timelines across the Alliance region.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-company stakeholders to align on optimisation plans.
• Act as central contact for countries on LOE optimisation and guidance.
• Monitor implementation and proactively address deviations from plan.
• Contribute to broader portfolio optimisation including lifecycle management and channel/mix.
