ViiV Healthcare is seeking a leadership role to head Global Market Access and Pricing. You will design and execute global access strategies, shape payer value propositions, and guide pricing for current and future HIV medicines.

You will collaborate with R&D, Medical, and regional teams to embed payer insights early, execute launch readiness, and manage portfolio value while protecting long-term value. This role is hybrid and London-UK based.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in science, health economics, economics or business as a minimum.
• Experience in market access, pricing, HEOR, reimbursement and policy in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience developing global/regional pricing and access strategies, incl. US payer systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience generating payer insights, health economic evidence and launch plans.
• Experience delivering pricing and access objectives in complex global environments.

Aufgaben

• Design global product and portfolio pricing and access strategies.
• Lead development of payer value propositions and pricing strategies for launches and lifecycle assets.
• Partner with R&D, Medical, Finance and regional teams to integrate payer needs.
• Ensure payer insights are reflected in strategy, forecasting, and launch plans.
• Support regional pricing, access strategy localization and launch risk management.
• Optimize global-to-local workflows with governance and performance metrics.
• Deliver measurable impact of pricing and access on outcomes.
