Job summary

ViiV Healthcare UK Limited in London seeks a Portfolio Optimisation Director to lead the performance of the DTG portfolio across Alliance markets, shaping LOE strategies and investment decisions.

You will partner with Global and Local finance, pricing, market access and commercial teams to deliver rigorous financial assessments and sustainable growth, with a strong focus on patient impact.

Hybrid role based at London HQ with two to three days onsite per week; closing date 10 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial roles, sales, access, pricing, tender and LOE or related roles in pharmaceuticals.
• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem solving; translate data into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management in a complex matrix structure.
• Confident negotiator capable of constructing and assessing pricing options.
• Collaborative, influencing, and cross-functional execution across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of portfolio optimisation strategies; LOE strategy and performance.
• Review and refine country business cases and tenders for DTG; align with regional/global targets.
• Develop pricing options, model scenarios, support tender negotiations with cross-functional teams.
