Job summary

Apple is seeking a People Business Partner Director for the EMEIA Retail region. You will lead a regional HR leadership team, bridge global vision with local retail needs, and drive talent development, inclusion, and organizational capability across multiple markets.

You will advise senior leaders, design scalable HR programs, and partner with Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and Employee Relations to ensure compliant, effective people practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading senior HR leaders or people managers.
• Experience directing HR strategy across multi-country or international structures.
• Experience designing organizational development, succession planning, and workforce capability strategies.
• Practical knowledge of European labor standards, works councils, and employee relations frameworks.
• Experience using workforce analytics to inform commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional People Business Partner team across the EMEIA Retail business.
• Develop the strategic roadmap for the entire EMEIA region and drive expansion across markets.
• Advise senior leaders to align business needs with organizational design, efficiencies, and performance strategies.
• Champion organizational change initiatives to build an agile retail store organization.
• Collaborate with Apple University and Global Talent Development on leadership programs.
• Integrate inclusion and diversity priorities into regional business strategies and people practices.
• Partner with Employee Relations to ensure compliant people practices and investigations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and retail leadership to optimize hiring and onboarding.
• Guide annual salary planning with leadership and Compensation & Benefits teams.
