Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, Patient-Centered Outcomes to lead global COA/PRO strategies across neuro-oncology and solid tumor programs. You will shape measurement strategies, work with regulatory authorities, and ensure PRO data informs value dossiers and payer discussions.

The role requires 8–10+ years in PCO/COA, oncology launch experience, and strong communication with executives. A PhD/PharmD/MD is preferred and a global, cross-functional mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10+ years in Patient-Centered Outcomes (PCO), COA/PRO/HEOR in biopharma or consultancy.
• Proven success driving COA/PRO strategies for oncology launches and lifecycle programs in solid tumors or neuro-oncology.
• Experience authoring regulatory briefing documents and engaging with FDA/EMA to support label claims.
• Strong psychometric, qualitative, and questionnaire development/validation skills.
• Deep understanding of payer/HTA requirements and how PRO evidence informs market access.

Responsibilities

• Formulate patient-focused evidence packages highlighting symptom relief and functional preservation.
• Lead PRO/COA strategy across launch indications and lifecycle expansion programs.
• Partner with GVHEOR to include PRO endpoints in cost-effectiveness models and global dossiers.
• Oversee COA sections in protocols, SAPs, and CSRs; drive global eCOA/ePRO implementation.
• Mentor junior scientists and manage external scientific vendors and collaborations.
