Qualifications

• Extensive experience in biopharmaceutical/biotechnology R&D project management leadership.
• Experience leading Oncology development programs (targeted therapies, immuno-oncology, biologics) preferred.
• Strong executive presence with ability to craft concise summaries for governance bodies.
• Proven ability to lead without direct authority, influence senior cross-functional leaders.
• Proficiency with Planisware and Smartsheet for scheduling, risk tracking and resource demand management.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic intent into executable development plans for oncology programs.
• Lead and nurture high-performing cross-functional Core Teams across matrix structures.
• Direct cross-functional milestones without direct line authority to deliver against timelines.
• Optimize timelines and resources through risk assessment and scenario planning.
• Maintain integrity of enterprise data for timelines, risks, budgets, and FTE resources.
• Manage program risk registers and implement mitigations and contingencies.
• Prepare executive-level communications and governance memos.
