Job summary

SC Johnson Professional is seeking a Director, Order to Cash (OTC) & Credit to oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment and accounts receivable processes for the EMEA region. You will lead a team of about 150 and directly manage six managers, driving improvements across invoicing, collections, credit, and SAP-enabled controls.

The role requires a strategic thinker with deep finance acumen, long tenure in credit management, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Supply Chain.
• 15+ years of direct relevant experience and management of large teams.
• Credit Management experience

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the customer fulfillment team, mentor staff and drive growth.
• Oversee order processing accuracy, efficiency and timely delivery.
• Manage invoicing, collections, disputes and credit reviews.
• Lead COE/Systems/Reporting/Controls across OTC processes and SAP system enhancements.
• Deliver KPI analyses and originate process improvements across OTC.
