• 15+ years of direct relevant experience and management of large teams.

• Optimize order processing accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
• Track KPIs and analyze fulfillment and cash collection performance to drive improvements.

• Lead SAP and OTC systems initiatives, audits, and control enhancements.
