Job summary

SC Johnson Professional in the UK is seeking a customer-focused AR/Credit & Collections professional to support a portfolio across the EMEA region. You will strengthen customer relationships, manage credit risk, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Fulfilment and Finance to drive timely collections.

The role requires fluent English and may benefit from knowledge of an additional European language. SAP S/4HANA and strong Excel skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken needed.
• An additional European language (Spanish, French or German) is highly desirable.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management or Order-to-Cash is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit risk and collections for SC Johnson Professional customers in the EMEA region.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers and act as trusted partner.
• Analyze customer accounts to improve cash flow and minimize bad debts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Fulfilment, Finance and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
