The Resolute Group Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead major OHL grid reinforcement and new-build schemes across Scotland. The role involves accountability from development through construction and commissioning, with a hybrid working model (3 days on site/office, 2 days at home).

You will manage large multi-disciplinary teams, interface with substations, cables and environmental packages, and ensure compliance with CDM, HSEQ and transmission standards.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering major transmission infrastructure (£100m+ projects) in a Tier 1 context.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts and change control.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead £100m+ OHL projects from early development through commissioning.
• Oversee NEC contract delivery, risk, cost control and timelines.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, and operations.
• Manage senior relationships with clients, consultants, specialist subcontractors, and supply chain partners.
• Ensure CDM, HSEQ and transmission standards compliance.
