Job summary

United Infrastructure Power T&D Limited seeks an OHL Engineering Manager to lead the overhead line engineering function across 132–400kV EPC projects. You will be responsible for the quality, programme, and technical integrity of all OHL design outputs, while managing a team of senior engineers and interfacing with major clients such as SSE, SPEN, NGED, and National Grid.

Qualifications

• Essential degree in Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering (Masters desirable).
• Minimum 10 years of OHL engineering experience on 132kV/400kV schemes.

Responsibilities

• Hold technical accountability for OHL outputs across schemes.
• Establish and maintain OHL design standards and quality framework.
• Lead and develop a multi-engineer OHL team; recruit and develop talent.
• Lead tender technical sections and bid support for framework contracts.
• Manage technical risk and interface with clients at senior level.
