Park Theatre is seeking a commercially minded and strategic Head of Ticketing to lead its ticketing operation, maximise sales and revenue, and deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting the Theatre’s access and audience development ambitions.

• Lead Park Theatre's ticketing operation and sales strategy.
• Analyse sales performance, industry trends and benchmarking to forecast performance.
• Develop proactive sales strategies for in-house productions and collaborations with third-party ticket agents to maximise revenue.
• Oversee the ticketing system (Spektrix) and CRM, ensuring effective use and ongoing development.
• Maintain and develop the online booking journey and maximise opportunities for memberships, ancillary sales and giving.
• Oversee the Box Office operation and ensure high standards of customer service.
