Job summary

Edinburgh International Festival is seeking an experienced Assistant Ticketing & Revenue Manager to join our team and help deliver a world-class ticketing operation. The role supports the Head of Ticketing & Audience Experience and the Revenue Manager, with a focus on accuracy, customer service and timely information flow.

You will oversee Spektrix configurations, monitor sales, assist with recruitment and rotas, and lead on group bookings while ensuring data protection and high standards of

• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ticketing operations.
• Excellent communications skills and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Spektrix ticketing system, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor ticket sales and collaborate with Brand & Campaigns and Digital teams to maximise revenue and attendance.
• Assist with Festival event configuration on Spektrix, ensuring performances are built correctly prior to on sale.
• Assist with recruitment of the seasonal team and create rotas for reliable service.
• Provide ongoing training to the Ticketing Team and communicate ticketing information across the organisation.
• Lead on group bookings and ensure reservations are confirmed and paid promptly.
• Ensure data protection policies are followed and provide administrative support as needed.
• Act as Ticket Office Duty Manager when required and maintain high customer service standards.
