Caremark Limited is seeking a passionate Director of Technology to lead a team of eight and drive the strategic use of technology across the franchised Caremark network. You will own technology projects, align IT with business goals, and champion innovative solutions to support operations and franchise offices.

The role reports to the CEO and focuses on scalable technology, regulatory compliance, and high-quality delivery across both internal operations and the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology leadership, preferably within franchising and/or care industry.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering technology initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to innovate and drive technological advancements.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Team and/or departmental management experience.

Director of Technology

Following a period of exciting growth, Caremark Limited are seeking a passionate and driven Director of Technology to support our continued innovation and utilisation of technology to support business operations and our franchised network of home care offices.

About the role

Summary of the role

Reporting directly to the CEO you will be leading a team of 8 office and field based colleagues, who provide support, advice and guidance to our Franchise Support Centre and network of franchise owners.

The Director of Technology will support Caremark Limited and the Caremark network in ensuring we are developing, utilising and expanding the effective use of technology to support both our business operations as a franchisor alongside supporting our network of home care offices to deliver care to their communities. You will spearhead the use of technological advancements to provide ever more effective support to our network of franchise owners and the operations of Caremark Limited.

Using your extensive experience of scoping, designing, implementing and managing technology solutions for diverse organisations, you will be responsible for taking ownership of technology projects and initiatives for both Caremark Franchise Support Centre and the wider Caremark network.
