Job summary

FTI Consulting LLP in London is seeking a Senior Director to lead technology due diligence and value-creation initiatives for private equity engagements. You will work directly with portfolio company leadership to assess technology, identify upside, and drive changes at pace in high‑visibility environments.

You’ll collaborate with CTOs, CIOs and engineering leads, translate complex tech issues into commercial insights, and shape integration and separation plans across deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology consulting, IT due diligence, or IT transformation within PE contexts.
• Ability to translate technical issues into commercial insights for deal decisions.
• Proven track record leading tech initiatives across complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Due Diligence across deals, evaluating architecture and data posture.
• Drive Value Creation & Tech Modernisation to unlock deal value quickly.
• Define IT TSA, Day 1 readiness, and post-deal integration or separation plans.
