Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, or performance reporting in a complex organisation.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident presenting to executive and governance-level stakeholders.
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of governance, corporate risk, or project management frameworks.
• Charity or healthcare sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the corporate planning cycle, ensuring delivery against strategic goals.
• Developing and tracking KPIs across multiple functions.
• Producing performance reports for board-level committees.
• Supporting financial planning and integration with annual budgets.
• Leading on corporate risk reporting and ensuring mitigation actions.
• Acting as a key advisor to senior stakeholders on planning and performance.
