You’ll design solutions, present them to CIOs/CTOs, and hand them to delivery teams to realize. Consulting and pre-sales experience are desirable for shaping compelling client proposals.

• Proven leadership of multiple engineering teams and large technical programmes.

• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and delivery plans.

You know that moment when a CIO lays out a messy, complicated problem and the room goes quiet? This role is about being the person who makes sense of it. You’ll design the solution, bring it to life in front of senior stakeholders, then hand it to a brilliant delivery team and watch it land.

This is not a pure sales role and it’s not a traditional delivery role. It sits in the sweet spot between the two, and strong technical credibility with practical AI experience is non-negotiable.
