• Own and deliver high-quality architectural solutions for large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Guide agile delivery teams by clarifying business outcomes, technical constraints, and architectural priorities.
• Lead architectural discussions with senior stakeholders, defining strategic direction and design principles.
• Support and grow teams of architects and engineers through mentorship, coaching, and career development.
• Represent architecture within account teams, contributing to customer strategy, proposals, and delivery assurance.
• Champion technology standards, innovation, and knowledge-sharing across the organisation.
• Influence policies, frameworks, and technical strategy for long‑term delivery success.
• Balance hands‑on architectural support with strategic leadership across multiple programmes.
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end architecture for varied and complex technology deliveries.

• Ability to communicate architectural concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, particularly under tight deadlines.

• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills, including C‑level engagement.
