Job summary

Ingenio is seeking a Solution Director to lead AI-enabled, complex software solutions for senior client stakeholders in the Greater London area. This role sits between delivery and sales, requiring strong technical credibility with practical AI experience and a track record of guiding large engineering programs.

You’ll design solutions, present them to CIOs/CTOs, and hand them to delivery teams to realize. Consulting and pre-sales experience are desirable for shaping compelling client proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering and complex solution architecture experience.
• Practical AI experience, including designing, building or integrating AI-enabled solutions.
• Proven leadership of multiple engineering teams and large technical programmes.
• Confidence engaging with CIOs, CTOs and senior business stakeholders.
• Broad expertise across software engineering, architecture, cloud and modern development practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and delivery plans.

• Design and architect complex software solutions, from first sketch to signed-off proposal.
