Job summary

You will set architecture and engineering direction, own quality, performance, and governance across multiple teams, and drive innovative solution delivery for internal Sales and Trading users and external clients. You will guide resources, budgets, and SDLC automation efforts while growing engineers and engineering leaders, shaping the next

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of technologists and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering practices.
• Strong cloud-native engineering background and architecture discipline.
• Track record delivering enterprise-scale platforms, APIs, data, and UI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives.
• Own roadmap, prioritisation and outcomes for capabilities serving internal users and external clients.
• Set direction and governance for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC automation to improve speed and quality.
• Ensure production stability, resiliency, and client experience of latency-sensitive platforms.
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive architectural and governance standards across teams.
