Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in Java and production-quality code.
• Experience building distributed systems with real-time delivery needs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices.
• Knowledge of microservices and service-oriented design.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging patterns.
• Experience with streaming or messaging technologies like Kafka.
• Experience with caching technologies such as Redis, GemFire, or Apache Ignite.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience in agile teams with strong engineering hygiene.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable services for a multi-asset trading platform.
• Develop Java-based services using reactive, non-blocking, and streaming patterns.
• Implement microservices and event-driven integrations for real-time workloads.
