• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and expert applied experience.
• Experience leading technologists to manage complex technical items within your domain.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of technologists.
• Experience leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering practices with defined operating expectations.

Responsibilities

• Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives.
• Accountable for decisions influencing resources, budget, and operational execution.
• Sets direction and governance for agentic AI-enabled engineering and SDLC automation.
• Applies tools across the Software Development Life Cycle to improve automation value and capacity.
• Carries governance accountability for coding decisions and portfolio operations.
• Delivers technical solutions leveraged across multiple businesses and domains.
• Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product and tech.
• Leads LB delivery across the Execute platform, owning roadmap and outcomes for capabilities.
• Accounts for production stability, resiliency and client experience of latency-sensitive platform.
