De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor features a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centerpiece. It is our largest hotel estate, offering 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. Director of Sales

Are you an experienced Sales Manager with a passion for hospitality?

We are hiring a Director of Sales to lead proactive sales activities at De Vere Beaumont Estate. You will develop and execute a cohesive Sales & Marketing plan and play a key role in the hotel’s business planning, focusing on building long-term, profitable client relationships to drive revenue growth and retention.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Proven success in developing and securing new MICE business and expanding existing accounts, with a strong understanding of the UK meeting and conferencing market.
  • Experience in the hotel/hospitality sector, ideally with local M&E agency knowledge and familiarity with OPERA (not essential).
  • Confident, driven, focused, and ambitious.
