Job summary

YouGov Deutschland GmbH is seeking a senior qualitative research leader to drive valuable projects, mentor researchers, and grow our qual business across international opportunities. You will oversee direct and indirect people-management, ensuring high-quality delivery and growth within your team.

You will help run the qualitative function, collaborating with the Global Head to implement cutting-edge techniques, tools, and processes, while developing proposals and leading client pitches.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience leading qualitative research teams.
• Strong business development and client-growth skills.
• Track record in high-quality qualitative research design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject expert and go-to resource for qualitative methodology.
• Grow strong relationships with internal commercial teams and quantitative units.
• Lead and mentor researchers; manage and progress team careers.
• Project-manage a variety of qualitative projects across commercial sectors.
• Develop proposals, pitch techniques, and international costings/proposals.
• Ensure client satisfaction through accurate and consistent qualitative work.
• Present findings to clients and contribute to revenue and profitability goals.
