Harnham is seeking an Associate Director of Qualitative Research in London. The role is hybrid, offering strategic leadership over qualitative research teams and end-to-end project delivery. You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate combines strong qualitative research expertise with exceptional stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience within qualitative market research.
• Experience leading or mentoring research teams in a client-facing environment.
• Background delivering complex research projects from inception to completion.
• Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences research would be advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
