WildLand Ltd in Scotland is seeking a Director of Hospitality to lead the hospitality strategy for the growing collection, working with the CEO and senior leadership to balance exceptional guest experiences with commercial performance and long-term sustainability.

You will shape a hospitality culture rooted in kindness, care and empowerment, driving projects that connect guests with Scotland’s landscapes and heritage while supporting conservation goals and community impact.

Qualifications

• You are a proven hospitality leader with experience leading complex luxury, lifestyle or destination-based operations.
• You combine commercial discipline with creativity, strategic thinking with operational excellence, and ambition with humility.
• Most importantly, you understand that meaningful hospitality is built on people, relationships and place.
