Job summary

WildLand Limited is seeking friendly front-of-house team members to join our expanding Highland operations across Sutherland. You will deliver warm welcomes, ensure consistent service, and collaborate with housekeeping and kitchen teams to enhance guest experiences at Hope Lodge, Kinloch Lodge, Kyle House and cottages.

You should bring hospitality or customer service experience, be a clear communicator, and enjoy working in a rural community setting.

The Role

Due to ongoing growth within our hospitality operations, we're looking for warm and positivefront of house team members to provide outstanding service and guest experiences across our most elemental and fast growing region, Sutherland. Our Sutherland region is home to our newest WildLand opening, Hope Lodge, along with Lundies House, Kinloch Lodge, the award-winning Kyle House and a host of cottages. Beyond the beautiful houses we offer, nestled in the historic heart of the community is Alba Bakery- a welcome break for all.

Across the region, your role is to contribute to the Front of House team to ensure the consistent delivery of the highest quality of guest experience and service. You will be responsible for delivering the daily front of house service and operations effectively and efficiently. As a team player you will demonstrate our values and align with our Purpose, Vision and Brand, as well as the behaviours of One Wildland Team and One Wild Way.

Key Responsibilities

• You'll be a natural team player, always happy to help others.
• Provide guests with a consistency warm welcome, organic interactions and excellent service levels
• Partner with housekeeping and chef teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Fulfil the housekeeping function as part of a flexible and adaptable team where required.
