Infused Solutions Ltd is seeking a Director of Engineering for its London-based Fintech division. The role is hybrid in London and reports to executive leadership, guiding architecture, platform strategy, and product-aligned engineering across the business.

The candidate will shape long-term engineering vision, establish governance and architectural standards, and build high-performing teams to drive fintech platform delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Engineering Lead in Fintech.
• Board-level experience implementing technology roadmaps in financial services or regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in Payments.
• Strong product thinking and ability to work with product teams on roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, system design and configuring complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building high-performing teams and drive improvements across people and technology.
• Establish architectural principles, AI Target Operating Model, standards, and governance frameworks for agility and compliance.
• Partner with senior leaders to align technology direction with business strategy and product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product teams to define roadmaps and ensure delivery of critical fintech platforms.
