WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Director of People Operations will shape the future of our workforce and drive transformation as we grow. This leadership role sets the strategic direction for People Systems, Analytics, Project Management, and Shared Services, focusing on evolving and scaling our operations to meet organizational demands and ensure compliance across all locations.
You will blend creativity, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach. Leading a team of over 10, you will optimize employee experiences through HR systems and processes. You will also design and implement a data analytics strategy that provides actionable insights, empowering leaders to make informed decisions.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in HR systems, global operations, process transformation, and continuous improvement. Your contributions will enhance efficiency and effectiveness, laying the groundwork for sustainable growth.
Manage our Shared Services infrastructure, focusing on scalable support models to improve agility, efficiency, and employee experience.
Collaborate with Business Leaders and People Teams to refine HR processes and systems, identifying opportunities for standardization and automation while respecting local regulations.
Develop escalation paths for HR Ops issues and utilize metrics-based tools like Confluence to assess and improve HR service performance.
Lead HR systems and data initiatives, including projects and implementations.
Optimize the HR tech stack for efficiency and functionality.
Manage relationships among internal teams, including People, Finance, and Legal.
Enhance HRIS (e.g., Bob) and other tools like Recruitee to improve user experience and efficiency.
Create a comprehensive data strategy to ensure accuracy, security, and reliability of people data.
Provide insights from people data to support leadership decision-making.
Represent the organization in the broader systems community, staying updated on industry trends.
Oversee global expansion, M&A activities, and systems consolidation efforts.
WHO YOU ARE
Extensive leadership experience in HR Operations at a publicly traded company with second-line responsibilities.
Deep experience with HRIS and support systems.
Prior experience in a SOX-compliant environment.
Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, capable of articulating vision and building relationships.
Highly organized in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Strong ownership, accountability, and bias for action.
Strong data analysis skills and a passion for leveraging data to solve complex problems.
Experience with global expansion and M&A is a plus.
Strategic thinker with leadership and problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator across technical backgrounds.
