Job summary

Collins King is seeking an exceptional Operations Director to lead a portfolio of premium workplace dining and hospitality across London and the South East. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive commercial performance and operational excellence while delivering outstanding client service.

You will lead a team of Operations Managers across multiple sites, own P&L, budgets and forecasts, and build strong client relationships to secure renewals and growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior operational leadership experience in contract catering or workplace hospitality.
• Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and large teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Operations Managers across multiple sites.
• Own portfolio performance, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and drive retention.
• Support tender processes, mobilisation, and growth initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service delivery, and compliance.
• Foster a culture of people development and operational excellence.
