Collins King is seeking a dynamic Staff Dining Manager to lead a high-profile contract catering operation. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding daily experience for every customer, building a motivated team and achieving best-in-class service on the floor and with the kitchen.

You will own day-to-day operations, lead and develop a team, and ensure food quality, presentation and service meet the highest standards while driving customer satisfaction and commercial targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume staff restaurant, premium contract catering operation, hotel, restaurant, or similar customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, coaching and creating progression paths.
• Strong communication skills and a drive to deliver exceptional customer service.
