Collins King is seeking an exceptional Operations Director to lead a portfolio of premium workplace dining and hospitality across London and the South East. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive commercial performance and operational excellence while delivering outstanding client service.

You will lead a team of Operations Managers across multiple sites, own P&L, budgets and forecasts, and build strong client relationships to secure renewals and growth.

• Extensive senior operational leadership experience in contract catering or workplace hospitality.
• Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and large teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business development capabilities.

Responsabilidades

With a portfolio of prestigious business and industry clients across London and the South East, they are seeking an outstanding Operations Director to join their senior leadership team. The Role Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a portfolio of premium workplace dining, hospitality and catering operations, ensuring clients receive an exceptional service while driving commercial performance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of Operations Managers and support functions across multiple sites.
• Taking full accountability for portfolio performance, including P&L delivery, budgeting and forecasting.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Driving client retention, contract extensions and organic growth opportunities.
• Supporting tender presentations, mobilisations and business development initiatives.
• Ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, service delivery and compliance.
• Creating a culture focused on people development, engagement and operational excellence.
• Identifying efficiencies and innovation opportunities across both commercial and cost-plus contracts.

• Significant senior operational leadership experience within contract catering, workplace hospitality or a related sector.
• A strong understanding of both commercial and cost-plus contract structures.
• Proven success managing multi-site operations and large teams.
• Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sizeable P&L.
• A track record of driving growth, retention and operational improvements.
