Job summary

EssenceMediacom, part of WPP, is seeking an Implementation Director to oversee media planning for several clients and drive industry-leading implementation recommendations. You will lead the Implementation team and collaborate with the Implementation Partner within the Leadership team to refine offerings and win new business.

The role requires extensive media planning experience, a commercial mindset, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Proven track record in delivering industry-leading media solutions.
• Experience running a large team and managing development.
• Ability to influence senior clients and internal stakeholders to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee media planning for several clients, delivering industry-leading implementation recommendations.
• Guide the implementation output of the team and help acquire new clients via new business.
• Ensure coms brief translates into measurable outcomes and aligns with the overall strategy.
• Lead the Implementation planning process alongside the Implementation Leadership team.
