Job summary

Boden Group is seeking a Solutions Director to drive growth through technology-led facilities management solutions for public and private sectors. You will own solution design, bidding strategy and client relationships, collaborating with operations, commercial and bid teams to secure major contracts.

The role focuses on developing value propositions, managing complex tenders, and shaping the roadmap for integrated FM offerings with HubSpot-backed pipeline and senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, solution design or strategic growth within facilities management or property services.
• Strong track record of securing new business and delivering revenue targets.
• Experience leading complex bids, tenders and commercial negotiations.
• Knowledge of integrated FM, property services and technology-enabled service delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Consultative approach to tailoring client solutions and commercial propositions.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales analytics; HubSpot preferred.
