Job summary

Anderson Knight Limited in Glasgow is seeking a Head of Projects to lead a portfolio of infrastructure programmes across Scotland, including EV charging, substations and grid connections. You will direct a multidisciplinary team to deliver on time, within budget and to high safety standards.

The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and a proven track record delivering complex projects valued up to tens of millions of pounds.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure, utilities or construction projects.
• Experience managing projects with significant budgets and complex stakeholder networks.
• Strong commercial acumen, budget control and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple utility and infrastructure projects from inception through to commissioning and handover.
• Define project scope, develop delivery strategies and ensure effective execution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, programme management and delivery performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, framework requirements and client expectations.
• Identify project opportunities and implement strategies to maximise commercial performance and operational efficiency.
