• Experience leading geotechnical and environmental services teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and development of geotechnical and environmental services.
• Establish report templates, SOPs, workflows, and QA systems.
• Oversee projects from scoping to final reporting with regulatory compliance.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through relationships.
• Prepare proposals, manage budgets and resources, monitor profitability.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team.
• Implement software and digital systems to improve delivery.
• Strategic leadership for division growth and direction.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
