VSL International is seeking an experienced Operations Director for Geotechnics & Foundations to lead the UK portfolio. You will drive strategic direction, oversee complex deep foundation and ground engineering projects, and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

You will work with the UK leadership team to shape the business, improve delivery performance, and strengthen client relationships across major infrastructure programmes in the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status advantageous.
• Proven senior operational leadership in foundations/geotechnical projects.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across VSL UK's geotechnical portfolio.
• Oversee the delivery of multiple complex deep foundation and ground engineering works.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across projects and locations.
• Ensure safety, quality, contractual compliance and profitability.
• Contribute to business strategy, risk management and client relationship management.
