CY Executive Resourcing is supporting POhWER in their search for a Director of Finance & Resources.

POhWER was established in 1996 by founders with disabilities, fighting social injustice. The organization supports marginalized, vulnerable, and socially excluded individuals.

The role involves leading financial strategy, ensuring compliance with UK charity regulations, financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management. You will oversee financial governance, improve financial performance, and identify income opportunities aligned with charitable objectives. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you'll contribute to strategic planning and impact.

You will provide strategic insight, lead a team of direct reports, foster a culture of financial accountability, and champion commercial performance. The role includes identifying and evaluating income diversification opportunities, overseeing pricing, cost management, and funding models, and driving operational efficiency.
