Job summary

Greenfield IT Recruitment is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to lead and own the NetSuite platform in a remote/hybrid role in the UK. The position focuses on governance, configuration, reporting, and end-to-end platform enhancements to scale the finance function.

You will collaborate with Finance, Ops and IT, driving improvements, managing integrations, and leading upgrades while ensuring strong security and daily support. UK right to work is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years financial systems experience (GL/AP/AR)
• Deep NetSuite knowledge: config, customisation, dashboards, saved searches
• Experience with multiple modules (Fixed Assets, Projects etc.)
• Integration experience (APIs, middleware, web services)
• Strong understanding of role-based security and workflows
• Clear communicator, structured problem solver, collaborative mindset
• NetSuite certifications - ideally SuiteFoundation / Admin certs or similar

Responsibilities

NetSuite Administrator - Remote/Hybrid (UK)

Salary: £55k circa + benefits

Remote / Hybrid based with monthly office visits (travel paid)
