Job summary

Greenfield IT Recruitment is seeking a NetSuite Administrator for a remote/hybrid role based in the UK. You will own NetSuite end-to-end, configure workflows, manage integrations, and drive governance across GL/AP/AR/FP&A.

You'll collaborate with Finance, Ops and IT, provide daily support, upgrades, and training, and participate in UAT. The role requires 3+ years of financial systems experience and NetSuite certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years financial systems experience (GL/AP/AR).
• Deep NetSuite knowledge: config, customization, dashboards, saved searches.
• Experience with multiple modules (Fixed Assets, Projects etc.).
• Integration experience (APIs, middleware, web services).
• Strong understanding of role-based security and workflows.
• NetSuite certifications - SuiteFoundation/Admin certs or similar.

Responsibilities

NetSuite Administrator - Remote/Hybrid (UK)

Salary: £55k circa + benefits

Remote / Hybrid based with monthly office visits (travel paid)

• Clear communicator, structured problem solver, collaborative mindset
