Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications, working closely with stakeholders to improve systems and processes. You will provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected apps, drive upgrades, optimise data flows, and help shape the technology roadmap for Finance, HR, Procurement and IT.

This role offers the chance to move beyond day-to-day support and take real ownership of the platform as the business

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite experience and knowledge of core finance processes.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments.
• Ability to work with integrations, APIs and connected applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation.
• Provide user guidance and training where required.
• Contribute to the NetSuite roadmap and application architecture.
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs.

My client is a growing, nationwide business looking for an NetSuite Admin to take ownership of their NetSuite platform and wider business applications.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‑on with NetSuite, working closely with stakeholders and finding ways to improve systems and processes.

The role

You’ll provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and other connected business applications, while playing a key role in the ongoing development and optimisation of the NetSuite platform.

You’ll work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and external technology partners to troubleshoot issues, deliver improvements and help shape the future technology roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows
• Work with third‑party applications and integration partners
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency
• Maintain strong data quality and system governance
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation
• Provide user guidance and training where required
• Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture
• Work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions

What we’re looking for
