Job summary

Kudos Services is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the Engineering & Maintenance team across our Healthcare LIFT portfolio. You will drive strategic and operational delivery of Hard FM services, ensuring safety, compliance and high customer satisfaction.

This senior role reports to the CEO and collaborates with Contract Managers and Compliance to optimise performance and lifecycle management. You will build robust governance, oversee audits, asset management and budgeting, and play a key

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing Hard FM services across complex, multi-site estates within a PPP/PFI environment, ideally healthcare.
• Strong technical knowledge of building services engineering, statutory compliance and healthcare maintenance requirements, incl. HTMs and HBNs.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams, contractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Commercially aware, with experience of performance management, contract delivery and budget accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering & Maintenance team across the Healthcare LIFT portfolio.
• Ensure safe, compliant and effective delivery of Hard FM services with high customer satisfaction and performance.
• Oversee statutory compliance, technical governance, engineering performance and quality assurance across estates.
• Own engineering reporting, resource planning, contractor performance, asset management and lifecycle activities.
• Contribute to commercial and financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
