Job summary
Kudos Services is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead our Engineering & Maintenance team across the Healthcare LIFT portfolio. You will report to the CEO and drive safe, compliant delivery of Hard FM services across multi-site healthcare estates.
The role requires significant experience in PPP/PFI healthcare settings, strong leadership, and hands-on governance of statutory requirements. You will shape engineering strategy, audits and performance reporting while supporting budget
Qualifications
- Significant experience managing Hard FM services across complex estates.
- Strong knowledge of building services engineering, HTMs and HBNs.
- Proven leadership managing engineering teams, contractors and stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness with budget accountability and contract delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead Engineering & Maintenance across Healthcare LIFT portfolio.
- Ensure safe, compliant delivery of Hard FM services and quality assurance.
- Oversee statutory compliance, governance, and engineering reporting.
- Manage resource planning, contractor performance and asset lifecycle.
- Contribute to commercial performance, budgeting and procurement.
