Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Service Manager for a Kent-based lift service operation. You will own the day-to-day service department, lead engineers and coordinators, and drive service quality in a growing business.

You will work with clients, oversee maintenance planning, and shape how the department operates to deliver reliable, high-quality service and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in lift industry service management is essential.
• Ability to lead service engineers and coordinators.
• Strong communication with clients and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Lift Service Engineers and Service Coordinators.
• Plan and oversee PPM, reactive callouts and breakdowns.
• Manage lift shutdowns and ensure follow-through to resolution.
• Monitor engineer workloads, performance and service KPIs.
• Support engineers with technical, operational and safety requirements.
