Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a Director of Digital Commerce Integration in Birmingham, AL (onsite) to lead a high-impact eBusiness integration team and shape the strategy behind EDI, XML, punchout, API, and related connectivity. You will own technology decisions affecting customer and supplier connections at enterprise scale.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in CS/IT and 10+ years in integration tech, plus proven success leading 15+ staff and deep knowledge of EDI standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT required.
• 10+ years of experience in integration technologies incl. EDI/XML/OCI/punchout.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams (15+ staff).
• Working knowledge of traditional EDI document standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the eBusiness integration team and its operations.
• Define and execute strategy for EDI, XML, OCI, punchout, API connectivity.
• Oversee customer and supplier integration initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Establish technical standards, architecture, processes, and Agile practices.
• Manage relationships with integration partners, vendors, and B2B marketplaces.
