Data Integration Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Hybrid Working
Permanent Full Time
Salary: up to £50,000
We're looking for a Data Integration Engineer to join a growing Data & Analytics function, taking ownership of the design, development and ongoing improvement of integrations across a complex enterprise technology landscape.
This is a hands-on technical role with a broader remit around how data moves between systems, applications and platforms. You'll work across APIs, ETL processes, integration tooling and master data, while helping establish the standards and governance needed to create reliable and scalable data flows across the organisation.
As a Data Integration Engineer, you'll work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate these into effective technical solutions.
You'll be responsible for designing and implementing integrations between a range of systems, ensuring data moves accurately, securely and efficiently. Alongside delivery, you'll play an important role in improving the organisation's wider approach to integration architecture, master data management and data governance.
We're looking for someone with proven experience working as a Data Integration Engineer, Integration Developer, Integration Specialist or within a similar technical integration-focused role.
This is a strong opportunity for an Integration Engineer who wants more than simply building point-to-point integrations.
You'll have the opportunity to influence how integration is approached across a large technology environment, helping shape standards around APIs, data movement, master data and governance while remaining hands-on with the technical delivery.
