Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Integration Lead with a strong background in designing and implementing integration solutions using various technologies such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Enterprise Service Bus, Dell Boomi, CQRS, Pub-Sub, Kafka, Airflow, and API Gateways. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in integration architecture, design, and implementation, with a proven track record of delivering complex integration projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

1. Experience: experience in integration architecture, design, and implementation.
2. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Enterprise Service Bus, Dell Boomi, CQRS, Pub-Sub, Kafka, Airflow, and API Gateways.
3. Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading teams of integration developers and delivering complex integration projects.
4. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex integration issues and develop creative solutions.

Nice to Have:

1. Cloud Integration: Experience with cloud integration platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
2. Microservices Architecture: Knowledge of microservices architecture and experience with designing and implementing microservices-based integration solutions.
3. DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices such as continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous monitoring.
4. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
