Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Change Lead to modernize the CRM digital and data landscape across multiple countries, including the UK. You will set strategic direction, governance and budgets, and partner with senior leaders to drive value through digital initiatives.

The role requires strong executive communication, program management and governance capabilities, with experience in healthcare or regulated life sciences and GxP knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or equivalent University degree required.
• Masters or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated life sciences.
• Knowledge of clinical trial risk management, GxP, quality and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, change leadership and vendor leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain the CRM digital and data strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, value measures and portfolio sequencing.
• Lead lifecycle management for CRM digital solutions and modernization initiatives.
• Design and chair governance for demand, change, risk, data and investment priorities.
• Set direction for data standards, master data, taxonomy, metadata and analytics; sponsor implementation.
• Represent CRM‑OpEx in RDQ, R&D and enterprise forums to align assets and value.
• Lead external service providers, contractors and consultants and oversee delivery.
• Ensure quality, compliance risk management across the digital portfolio and modernization agenda.
